What is Anna's Magnet Studio?
Anna’s Magnet Studio is a custom photo magnet company that transforms your cherished memories into high-quality, durable magnets. Whether you're preserving special moments for yourself or creating a heartfelt gift, our magnets are designed to bring joy to your space. Plus, 10% of our profits are donated to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, helping to spread love beyond your home.
Can I use any photo for my magnet?
Yes! You can upload any photo that’s meaningful to you. Just make sure it’s clear, high-resolution, and not cropped too tightly—I want your memories to look their best!
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! If you’re not sure which photo your loved one would choose, a gift card is a thoughtful way to let them decide. Digital gift cards are available on our product page.
Will I get a proof before my order is made?
To keep processing times quick, I don’t send design proofs unless specifically requested. Please double-check your photo upload—there’s a checkbox at product page where you confirm that your image is final and approved for print.
What makes your magnets special?
Each magnet is handmade with love in my Southern California home studio. I treat every order with the same care I would give to my own family’s memories—because I know how meaningful these moments are.
What’s your return or refund policy?
Because magnets are custom-made, I’m unable to offer returns. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please reach out within 7 days—I want you to be 100% happy!
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on our website or through the carrier’s tracking system. If you have any issues, feel free to contact our support team.
Do you ship to Canada?
Yes! We proudly ship to Canada. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout. Please note that customs fees or duties may apply, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Do you ship internationally?
We do ship internationally. It's not cheap, but hey, our magnets are worth of it! Please note that delivery may take 2-3 weeks and tracking might not work once the package leaves USA.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders are ready to be shipped in 2-3 business days. It can take longer during holiday season or if the amount of orders is larger than usual. Typically it takes less than a week to receive your order within the USA.
International orders typically take 2-3 weeks but we cannot guarantee delivery within that timeframe as it is out of our control.
